Avenue K Part II

Once again the Diamond family gathered this week at YI of Avenue K to celebrate the Sheva Berochos of Rafael and Raizy. It was very comforting to see the "red meat" forschpice back on the menu (albeit in a fancy new pastry).

Mercifully, the program directors kept it short, with Ezriel acting as MC, Mini-Ezriel (Asher) providing a humurous take on the sheva berochos speech and Harry reminding the couple about the importance of Hatznei Leches.

As always, we look forward to sharing in many more simchas together.

Avenue K

A couple of weeks back we all gathered at the Young Israel of Avenue K for what has become a new family tradition--a Diamond family Sheva Berochos--this one for Mati and Shoshi (see pics below). I think we all were impressed with the updated menu and decor. The short program was also well received.

One conversation going around was at what other venues have the Diamond's made Sheva Berochos? There was that place on 18th avenue and east 3rd street and some recalled one at the new Kaminetz hall on Avenue N. Please leave your recollections in the comment section.
